Shaheed Monsur Ali Medical College was established in 1994 in Dhaka, affiliated with Dhaka University. With 140 MBBS seats, it is one of the larger private medical colleges and is recognized by BMDC, WHO, and NMC. The college has a 250-bed teaching hospital and is named after the National Awami Party leader Shaheed Monsur Ali, a political figure from Bangladesh's independence movement.
