Mayo Institute of Medical Sciences and Mayo Hospital is a recognised medical college located at Barabanki, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India . The institute is affiliated to Dr RML Avadh University.

Mayo Institute of Medical Sciences, Barabanki was established by the Bodhisattva Charitable Trust and was functional from the academic year 2012-13. It is affiliated to Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, Faizabad. This college is in the capital of Uttar Pradesh, with the advanced facilities in this area supporting the needs of the rural and the urban population in and around the region.

The Mayo Medical College Admissions are offered for undergraduate and certificate courses in medicine. The mission of the school is to produce proficient medical graduates with sound knowledge with regard to the medical standards, most recent innovations, ethics, and moral values. The graduates should be practicing medicine with the community needs in mind.

In order to promote the co-curricular and extra-curricular activities to the students, various clubs are formed by the Institute such as music club, dance club, literary club, dramatics club, fine arts club, diversity club, fashion club, an environmental club. Students are also motivated to organize cultural and literary events which helps them in recognizing their hidden talents and also brings about all-round development of their personality.

The college has 4 lecture halls having a seating capacity of 180 each hall with Audio-Visual Training aids, girls and boys common rooms with attached toilets, a central library with an area of 2700 sq feet. Moreover, it has computer labs comprising of 40 computers with internet facility and 2 demonstration rooms having a seating capacity of 90 with Audio-Visual Training Aids.

There is a policy of the institute to provide free medical facilities available in the hospital to the student and staff. The College has a hospital with 300 beds where all facilities for patient care are available and separate beds for pre-operative and post-operative, and various intensive care units. Mayo Institute of Medical Sciences admissions is done on a merit basis.
