Haryana NEET PG Counselling 2026: Official Process, Seat Matrix, Management & NRI Quota

Haryana NEET PG Counselling 2026 is the centralized, merit-based state admission process for MD, MS and PG Diploma courses across government, government-aided and private medical colleges in Haryana, administered by Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHSR), Rohtak, on behalf of DMER, Government of Haryana.

1. Government / State Quota (50% Seats)

• 50% of postgraduate seats in Haryana Government Medical Colleges and government-aided institutions (e.g. Maharaja Agrasen Medical College, Agroha); 50% of institutional seats in private colleges also reserved under State Quota.
• Reserved for Haryana bonafide residents or MBBS graduates from Haryana-located NMC-recognized institutions; 40% of State Quota for in-service medical officers with NOC, 25% for institutional MBBS graduates.
• Subsidized government fees; private State Quota fees approx. Rs. 12,00,000-18,00,000/year.

2. Management Quota (Private Medical Colleges)

• 50% of remaining private institutional seats across colleges such as SGT University Gurugram, Adesh Medical College Shahabad, NC Medical College Panipat, World College of Medical Sciences Jhajjar, Al-Falah Faridabad.
• Open to NEET PG qualified aspirants nationwide; Haryana domicile not mandatory.
• Fees approx. Rs. 15,00,000-22,00,000/year, up to Rs. 35,00,000/year for high-demand branches at SGT University.

3. NRI Quota (Private Medical Colleges)

• Exactly 15% of management quota intake reserved as NRI Quota at colleges affiliated with UHS Rohtak (SGT University Gurugram, PDM University Bahadurgarh, NC Medical College Panipat, Al-Falah University Faridabad).
• Open to NRI/OCI/PIO, foreign nationals, and NRI-sponsored Indian candidates.
• Fees approx. $20,000-$40,000 USD/annum for clinical and para-clinical branches.

Eligibility Criteria

To participate in Haryana NEET PG 2026 counselling conducted by DMER/UHSR Rohtak, candidates must satisfy:

• Qualified NEET PG 2026 with required minimum percentile (50th Gen/EWS, 40th SC/ST/BC, 45th UR-PwD).
• Recognized MBBS degree or provisional pass certificate.
• Completed/scheduled 12-month rotatory internship by the NMC cutoff.
• Valid medical registration (NMC/Haryana State Medical Council/State Medical Council).
• State Quota: valid Haryana bonafide resident (domicile) certificate, or MBBS from a Haryana-located recognized institution.
• NRI Quota: NEET PG qualification, documented NRI/OCI/PIO/Foreign National status, proof of blood relationship if sponsored, sworn affidavit of financial responsibility, passport, visa, and NRE/NRO statements.

The Haryana NEET PG 2026 application across State Government, Private Management, and NRI Quota is conducted strictly online via the official state admission portals.

• Register with NEET PG Roll Number, Application Number, Name, DOB and contact details.
• Pay the non-refundable registration fee (~Rs. 3,000 Gen/EWS, ~Rs. 2,000 SC/BC) plus refundable security deposit (~Rs. 50,000 Govt, ~Rs. 2,00,000 Private).
• Fill academic history, internship details and local/non-local status; mark Yes for NRI Quota if applicable.
• Upload scanned photograph, signature, NEET PG scorecard, MBBS degree, registration certificate and affidavits.
• DMER Haryana/UHSR publishes the State Merit List and round-wise seat matrix.
• Submit and lock preferred colleges/specialties during the choice-filling window.
• Check the allotment result, download the provisional allotment letter, pay institutional tuition fee, and report physically to UHSR Rohtak or the allotted college for verification.
