Candidates eligible to participate in MP NEET 2025 counselling will be invited based on their scores in NEET, details in the registration, and fulfillment of the other requirements. For medical aspirants to qualify for MP MBBS, they need to score a minimum qualifying percentile for NEET 2025. The authority will be conducting four rounds of online counselling for MP NEET 2025 - the first, second, mop-up round, and stray vacancy round.

Post the announcement of NEET Result 2025, all those who have qualified for the examination and wish to participate in the counselling will have to register on the official website of DME. They must note that it is mandatory to register online to fill the application form for the counselling of MP NEET 2025
DME will release the list of participating institutes along with the seats available in them for each category. This seat matrix will be followed by the release of MP NEET state merit list. This merit list will include the names of all eligible candidates who had filled the application form for MP NEET 2025 counselling.
Candidates who have been included in the state merit list can proceed towards choice filling. To access the choice filling option, they will have to log in to the account created during the registration/application process. It is important to note that the candidate who fails to fill the desired choices will not be considered for the seat allotment process. They must also lock their choices before the last date to be considered for the next stages of MP NEET counselling 2025
Based on the merit position of the candidate and the choices filled by them, DME will prepare the result for the counselling of MP NEET 2025. The result for MP NEET counselling 2025 is better known as the seat allotment list. DME will release a separate seat allotment list for every round of MP NEET 2025 counselling.
Candidates who have been allocated a seat and want to continue with it will be required to report to the respective institute for document verification. They need to carry original certificates, with two attested copies, to the allocated institute for verification. They will also need to deposit the tuition fee for the current year to confirm admission.
