The Tamil Nadu NEET UG Counselling 2026 is the official and centralized admission process for medical aspirants seeking MBBS and BDS seats across the state. The counselling is highly organized and meticulously administered by the Selection Committee, Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tamil Nadu.
Admissions for the 85% state quota seats in government medical colleges and seats in private medical/dental colleges (divided into Government Quota and Management/NRI Quota) are granted strictly based on the merit achieved in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG) 2026.
