The Manipur NEET UG Counselling is the centralized state-level admission process for undergraduate medical (MBBS), dental (BDS), and allied health science programs (such as BASLP and BPT). It is conducted annually by the Directorate of Health Services (DHS), Government of Manipur.
Through this process, eligible candidates compete for the 85% State Quota seats in government medical and dental colleges across Manipur, as well as State, Management, and NRI quota seats in private institutions. Admissions are granted strictly based on the candidate's NEET UG scores, state merit rank, category reservations, and seat availability. To participate in the Manipur NEET UG Counselling, candidates must fulfill the following mandatory criteria:
Examination: Must have successfully qualified for the NEET UG examination for the current academic year.
Domicile: Must be a permanent resident/domicile of Manipur to claim the 85% State Quota seats. (Note: Non-domiciles may only apply for specific Management or NRI quota seats in private institutions, subject to college policies).
Academic Qualification: Must have passed the 10+2 (or equivalent) examination from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects.
Minimum Marks Requirement: * General Category: 50% aggregate in PCB.
SC/ST/OBC Categories: 40% aggregate in PCB.
PwD Candidates: 45% aggregate in PCB.
Age Limit: The candidate must be at least 17 years old on or before December 31st of the admission year.

Seat Allotment & Reporting: If a seat is allotted to you, download your Provisional Allotment Letter and report physically to the assigned college within the given timeframe for final document verification and admission.
